Federal Pre-Budget Consultations 2021

The federal government has relaunched a series of consultations called “Let’s Talk Budget 2021.” The consultations run from January 25 to February 19 and include a series of virtual ministerial roundtables. These pre-budget consultations are opportunities for organizations and individuals to share their ideas and priorities for how the government can make investments to grow the economy.

Imagine Canada is asking nonprofits to make it known to their Member of Parliament and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland to allocate direct investments for community organizations, including nonprofits, charities, and social enterprises across Canada. Your organization can do this by filling out the form here that will send a letter to the Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland, Associate Minister of Finance Mona Fortier, and your Member of Parliament.
