Yahoo! Stampede 2023 in Photographs

CCVO President and CEO Karen Ball with Minister of Arts, Culture and Status of Women, Tanya Fir.

are you pining for the stampede hob-knobbing of yester-week? have you since vowed to a life of rustic solitude? we’re giving you the opportunity to relive Stampede all over again, from the safety of your own bunker.

The Nonprofit Sector does so much essential work - on the front lines and behind them - and Stampede is a great opportunity to connect with the faces behind it. This was a particularly vibrant year, clocking the highest attendance on the grounds on record. We suspect the same can be said for off-site celebrations! Huge thanks to all of you who opened your doors and fired up your griddles so we could connect and celebrate.

CCVO co-hosted our own Stampede celebration this year with Public Affairs Association of Canada (Alberta), to a packed house! It was such a pleasure to connect with our fellow members of the nonprofit sector, newly elected MLAs and City councillors. So much so, we’re hoping to make it an annual affair.

Many thanks to our President and CEO Karen Ball for attending and being a gracious host despite very recently breaking her foot. You probably saw less of Karen this year (to her dismay!), but more of the rest of the team: Alexa, Carol, Celia, Megan and Thomas.

We hope you enjoy these photos of another amazing Stampede season!
