Crisis Leadership Workshop Series - Fall 2016

Whether the crisis is the result of a disaster, death, organizational change, or loss of funding, it is your responsibility to lead. The Leadership Workshop will provide the tools to lead nonprofit organizations and teams through any crisis. You will develop a "road map" to help build a crisis leadership plan to close the gap between you and those you lead so that your organization does not just survive … but thrives.

The workshop series is targeted to those in senior leadership and management roles.
